Wordsolos is a thoughtful reflection on childhood, ageing, place and possibility performed by a thirty four year old woman and an eight year old girl. This rich fusion of dance and live art uses images and movement taken from the places the performers grew up in, inviting the viewer to savour and celebrate the irrevocable change embodied in the different physicalities of the two performers.

Forecast (Penny Collinson, Anna Macdonald and director Mark Whitelaw) have been working together since 2002 creating intelligent, accessible and thought provoking dance. Prior to this they worked individually with companies and artists such as Thomas Lehman, Motion House, Ludus, Piano Circus, Georgina Lamb (Frantic Assembly) and Heidi Rustgaarde (H2 Dance). Their work has been regularly supported by the Arts Council and wordsolos recieved Arts Council touring funding.
